T3X was founded by the operators who built Evolve Discovery — an eDiscovery and litigation support company launched in 1997, scaled over nearly two decades, and acquired by NASDAQ-listed UBIC in 2015. The combined company rebranded as FRONTEO USA, where our founders continued leading through integration and a successful exit.

He founded Evolve Discovery in 1997 and led it through acquisition by NASDAQ-listed UBIC, then served as CEO of FRONTEO USA through the integration and exit. Today he leads T3X and HIKINEX, building revenue engines for the next generation of LSPs.
Laura is the financial and operational architect behind the journey. She joined Evolve Discovery as CFO in 2005, building the backbone that carried the company through growth, acquisition, and integration into FRONTEO USA. With a Master's in Finance from the University of San Francisco, she now leads HIKINEX as CEO/CFO and serves on the T3X board — the operator's operator.
Victor brings a unique blend of sales expertise and engineering discipline to the talent solutions space. With a sharp instinct for building client relationships, he is a driving force behind scaling recruiting operations for startups and high-growth teams.
